Boshanka!

An experimental piece, this image was created using Photoshop CS4. By Duplicating layers and using subtle gradients and shadows it was possible to build up a 3D retro image of shapes and colour.

By creating a grid and warping it to the desired perspective, it was possible to lay the individual 3D shapes in alignment with the grid ensuring the perspective remained correct througout the image.

Finally, to add greater depth to the image, i added a fading gradient to the background and some further shadowing.
